Our Corporate Structure

Vohrel LLC is part of a family of companies under common ownership. Understanding this structure is important because when you see one of our brands mention or link to another, there is a financial relationship behind that recommendation.

Each entity is a separate legal entity organized under the laws of Utah (operating companies) or Wyoming (holding company). They operate independently with separate bank accounts, contracts, and operations, but share common ownership through Ouniq LLC. This common ownership constitutes a “material connection” under FTC guidelines.

What This Means for You

• We may benefit financially. When Vohrel links to or promotes another affiliated entity (or vice versa), the promoting entity may receive compensation through inter-company agreements at market rates.
• Our opinions are still our own. Material connections do not dictate the content of our recommendations. We only promote products and services we believe provide genuine value.
• Each entity is independently liable. Vohrel LLC is not responsible for the products, services, or customer experiences provided by affiliated entities, and vice versa.

Types of Material Connections We Disclose

3.1 Cross-Promotion Between Affiliated Entities

When one entity promotes another within the Ouniq LLC family, that promotion is backed by a formal Marketing Services Agreement at market rates. For example, if Kynsaeh Media creates content promoting Vohrel tutoring services, Kynsaeh Media may be compensated by Vohrel LLC under an arm’s-length marketing agreement.

3.2 Affiliate Links & Referral Commissions

Our websites may contain affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the referring entity may earn a commission. Affiliate relationships between our entities are governed by formal Affiliate/Referral Agreements with commission rates benchmarked against independent industry standards (typically 5–15% in the apparel category). We may also participate in third-party affiliate programs (such as Amazon Associates). When we link to a product and earn a commission from an unrelated third party, we will disclose that relationship.

3.3 Sponsored Content

Kynsaeh Media LLC may produce content that is sponsored by third-party brands unrelated to the Ouniq LLC family. All sponsored content will be clearly identified with labels such as #ad, #sponsored, or “Paid partnership with [Brand Name].” Sponsors do not have editorial control over the content, though they may review it for factual accuracy.

3.4 Free Products or Services

If any entity or third party provides free products, services, or compensation in exchange for reviews, mentions, or coverage, this will be disclosed clearly in the relevant content.

Where You Will See Disclosures

Disclosures are designed to be clear, conspicuous, and unavoidable. We do not bury disclosures in footers, behind “read more” links, or in locations a reasonable consumer would not notice.

Our Disclosure Principles

• Clear. Disclosures use plain language that an average consumer can understand.
• Conspicuous. Disclosures are placed where consumers will see them before making a purchasing decision.
• Close. Disclosures appear in proximity to the claim or link they relate to, not on a separate page.
• Consistent. Every cross-promotion, affiliate link, and sponsored mention receives a disclosure, every time.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not make false or misleading claims about any product or service, whether our own or a third party’s.
• We do not present paid promotions as organic, independent recommendations.
• We do not use fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or astroturfing in any medium.
• We do not compensate customers for positive reviews without disclosure.
• We do not suppress or selectively display reviews to mislead consumers.
• We do not present affiliated entities as independent or unrelated companies.

Our Platform and content may link to websites, products, or services operated by third parties unrelated to the Ouniq LLC family. Unless otherwise disclosed, these links are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement.
